Ursa Born is writer, mother, and amateur naturalist from the great California North. She writes copy, editorials, and press releases to feed her kids, and sad songs for the ukulele, as well as esoteric fiction and non-fiction, to feed herself. When she is not dying and coming back to life or traversing the astral plane, she is usually in the woods and wetlands, staring at her garden with self-satisfied smugness, or teaching her daughters that we don’t fight unless we have to, but if we have to we fight HARD.
